SITE ANALYSIS
This brick building was a space for swimming lessons and recreation for the associated community. The goal of this design was to collaborate with two designers to renovate the building and design new features to reconnect the community. In conjunction with our analysis of the local residents, we decided to design a two-story community center for the new parents and children of the area.
USER NEEDS IDENTIFY
After breaking down all the user categories and their needs and characteristics, I visualized all the information to get a correlation between the spatial requirements and the types of activities and users. This information is the basis for considering spatial relationships and designing the floor plan.
YOGA ROOM
The yoga room is specially set up for parents. Studies have shown that yoga can relax stress, promote family harmony, foster relationships, and improve physical fitness, which meet the needs of couples at different stages of their lives.
As a space primarily for parents, the yoga room is set up on the second floor in an area filled with natural light. It is not affected by the noise of the children's entertainment area.
